Changes to sample content from version 10.2026.4

Per default, ARIS is delivered with sample content, including predefined filters, templates, and databases. This topic describes the changes to sample content introduced with version 10.2026.4.

Databases

The following databases are new in version 10.2026.4 and provide predefined content based on the new ONE standard:

  • CONVENTIONS and EXAMPLES - ONE Standard.adb

  • PROJECT TEMPLATE - ONE Standard.adb

The new databases are not automatically deployed in Cloud environments. To get access to Sample DB.adb and the ONE Standard databases, contact ARIS Customer Support.

Filters and templates

The following filters and templates are new in version 10.2026.4. Some of them are based on former, editable sample content but are now read-only. This ensures that system content can be updated during upgrades without affecting your customizations. To customize these artifacts, create a copy and edit the copied version.

If you are upgrading from an older version, you still have access to the former editable content in addition to the new items listed below.

New filters and templates:

  • Process documentation (ONE Standard).filter

  • Basic sample.filter (based on Sample.filter)

  • Extended sample.filter (based on Default.filter)

  • Default (read-only).template (based on Default.template)

Important note about BPMN 2.0 templates

From version 10.2026.4, the BPMN 2.0 templates are no longer included in the sample content. If you are upgrading from an older version, the templates remain available for continued use. Note, however, that they are no longer automatically applied to newly created Enterprise BPMN models. If required, manually redefine the applied template mapping in the Administration.
