Filter search results
You can filter the search results.
Perform a search. All items whose name contains the search term at the beginning are listed.
Click
Filters. The Filter bar opens and the published databases and Documents are displayed under SOURCES.
Select Documents or a database.
You can filter the database content by type and/or property.
Enable the relevant database.
Under FILTER BY TYPE, click
Add. The Add content types bar opens.
Enter a search term in the search field to restrict the number of entries.
Click the items you want to use as filter criteria one by one. The items are listed under FILTER BY TYPE in the Filters bar.
Under SEARCH IN PROPERTY, click
Add. The Add properties bar opens. The available properties are restricted based on the items you have already selected as filter criteria.
Enter a search term in the search field to restrict the number of entries.
Click the properties you want to use as filter criteria one by one. The properties are listed under SEARCH IN PROPERTY in the Filters bar.
If you want to remove selected types or properties from the Filters bar, move the mouse pointer to the entry and click
Remove.
Click Apply filters. The Filters bar closes.
The search results are displayed. The filter criteria are listed above the search results.
To clear a single filter criterion, click Clear for this filter criterion in the Search area. To clear all filter criteria, click Clear all filters to the right of the filters. Alternatively, open the filter bar and click
Reset all.
