Check consumption of Companion credits

You can check the number of credits available for Companion. With each action you perform using Companion, you consume credits. The number of credits you can use depends on your ARIS AI Companion license and how many credits have already been used. Credits are refilled once a month. When your credits are used up, you can purchase a new license with additional credits.

Prerequisites

  • You have the Admin role.

  • You have the Companion admin function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration > Subscription and Licenses Subscription > Companion.

  2. Click Companion. The chart is displayed.

The chart is displayed. Move the mouse pointer over the chart to view an explanation. To update the usage to reflect the current state, click Refresh Refresh.

For the various Companion activities, the credits listed below are consumed.
