Create master model version no. 1
As a master owner, you create the master model in ARIS.
Prerequisite
You have the ARIS Connect Designer license privilege.
Create a master model.
In the model, reuse objects of the exclusion groups, for example, organizational elements or application systems. You can reuse objects by placing occurrence copies or by renaming existing or placed objects.
Assign models to the respective objects as required, such as Function allocation diagrams (FAD) for description or BPMN subprocesses for refinement.
To specify yourself as the person responsible, display the Properties tab of the
Details bar if it is not already open. Then click the Person responsible attribute and enter or select your user name. This ensures that you receive e-mail notifications about the roll-out process of the variants of your master model.
You created the master model. Now you can create the version of the master model and assigned models as basis for the variant models.
