Specify user responsible or group responsible
A person responsible must be specified for the Change request, Approve content, and Request unpublish workflows. By default, the person responsible is specified in the Person responsible attribute of the relevant model. The Publishing administrator can use the Owner attribute in the publication settings of a database to individually specify the attribute to be used for the person responsible (
Application launcher > Administration > Databases > Publication settings). This allows you to specify a group as the person responsible instead of a single user.
To do so, select the Manual publication publication mode and select the attribute to be used as the Owner attribute, for example Description/Definition (AT_DESC). Then specify the required user group in the model. The user group must not contain more than 10 users. The task is sent to all members of the user group. All users in this group receive the task in My tasks. The first user to work on the task completes the task for everyone and is specified as the approver.
