Available roles and privileges
The user who created the project room is the only user with the Project room owner privilege. This user thus ensures that the project room has an optimal working environment. The user with the Project room owner privilege cannot remove this privilege for the own user to ensure that there is always a user who can manage the system. The Project room owner has automatically the Admin role including all available privileges, which can be removed except for the User management and License management privilege.
The following roles can be assigned:
The Viewer role enables users to view models of databases for whose groups the users have access rights. These users can also exchange information about database contents with other users. This means that these users use databases for review and information purposes.
The Viewer Pro role includes privileges for dashboards and data feeds in addition to the Viewer role privileges.
The Designer role enables users to create, edit, and delete models in databases for whose groups they have access rights. This means that these users edit databases. These users can also exchange information about database contents with other users.
The Admin role includes all available privileges, such as User management and License management.
Under 
Subscription (
Application launcher > 
Administration), users with the Admin role can check the licenses and subscription.
