Add an ARIS Process Mining analysis to the 'Process mining' page

You can add a ARIS Process Mining analysis to the general Process mining page.

Prerequisite

  • You have created your own modification set.

  • You have the Admin role and the Configuration administration privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher >

    Administration
    Administration.

  2. Click User interface. All available configuration and modification sets are displayed.

  3. Click the relevant modification set.

  4. Click Dashboards on the Define modification set page. The Dashboards page with the Dashboard and Process mining sheets opens.

  5. On the Process mining sheet, click Edit Edit. The Configure data view panel opens.

  6. Specify the analysis to be displayed on the Process mining sheet.

    1. Click + Add analysis. The Add data view panel opens.

    2. In the Analysis drop-down menu, select the analysis you want to display, for example, my analysis.

    3. In the Assigned 'Process' drop-down menu, select a database, for example, the Sample DB demo data base.

    4. Use the Search field to find the process for which you want to display the analysis, for example, the Sales order processing (as-is BPMN) process.

    5. In the Title field, you can enter an optional title and select the language for the title. Click + Add more languages to add more titles in other languages.

    6. Click Add. The selected process is added to the Configure analysis panel.

  7. To display a preview of an added analysis, move the mouse pointer to the analysis and click the preview icon (view).

  8. Click Save.

You added an analysis to the Process mining page.

Note that you must enable the modification set for your changes to be displayed. By default, the Default modification set is enabled.

You can view and use the selected analysis on the general Process mining page.
