Receive the authentication credentials from SAP® Cloud ALM
To use SAP® Cloud ALM together with ARIS, you need to know the login information required for the SAP® Cloud ALM system.
You can obtain this information from the SAP ® Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). After you have created a subaccount for SAP® Cloud ALM, you will find the information on the Overview page.

The service key is required to set up monitoring systems and services that use a push data collection for SAP® Cloud ALM monitoring functions. You will also see how to create an area in SAP BTP.
Log in to SAP BTP Cockpit.
Select the subaccount containing the SAP® Cloud ALM subscription.
Select Instances and Subscription.
In the row of the related instance, in the Credentials column, click 1 key. All required information is displayed.
Copy the following lines to a text file:

In the SAP BTP Cockpit, click Instances and Subscription.
To provide the SAP® Cloud ALM authorizations needed in ARIS, in the row of the related instance click ... Actions and select Update.
Click Next.
Enter the following privileges:

Application launcher >
Administration > Conventions> SAP® Cloud ALM.
Click Add destination and enter the copied credentials from the text file.
Enter a name for the destination.
In the URL of SAP® Cloud ALM tenant field, enter for example, https://<your tenant>-cloudalm.eu20.alm.cloud.sap
,with the first part being the URL up to the first /. It is the URL of your SAP® Cloud ALM system.In the URL of SAP® Cloud ALM authentication service field, enter the value from url and add /oauth/token, for example, https://<your tenant>-cloudalm.authentication.eu20.hana.ondemand.com/oauth/token, and select the required language.
Click Test connection to SAP® Cloud ALM... and enter the copied credentials from the text file.
In the API client ID field, insert the value from clientid.
In the API client secret field, enter the value from clientsecret.
Click Connect. Your destination is connected.
