The persons responsible receive an e-mail with the relevant information and a link to the associated task in My tasks. If a user group is specified as responsible, the task is sent to all members of the user group. All users in this group receive the task in My tasks. The first user to work on the task completes the task for everyone and is specified as the approver. If the person responsible rejects the request, the model is not unpublished. If the person responsible approves the request, the model is automatically unpublished, and the current version is removed from the database.
If you are using a two-level database setup with a development database and a publishing database, you unpublish the model in the development database. The model remains in the development database for a later reuse and is removed only from the publishing database. For detailed information on databases and publication settings, refer to Manage datebases > Publish databases.
